Always has been. Grass/Poison. Anybody who picked Bulbasaur in R/B should know that from going through the Viridian Forest. Not only is Poison Sting only normal-effective against it, Bulbasaur can't be poisoned.

I still don't understand how rock-types breed anyways; I mean if they are made of rock, then where's the soft (or less hard, in a male's case) juicy parts? I picked a Shuckle because it is gooey, has amorphous tentacle-like appendages, has easy access "holes", and it just so happens to be a rock-type as well.
