Er, I don't think everyone would check the info of a random character they come across on this website, I suppose that would have answered their question though.

However, looking at the refsheet, it would simply imply that it means he's fucking two dude. I mean yeah, it'd mean he's horny, he's having sex but does it mean "very horny"?

According to you, yes, but people wouldn't assume it, hell they might not even know which tag belonged to the character without you saying anything.
