I imagine it'll come eventually - one thing Kuro seems to be doing across this series is "touching all the bases", so to speak.

That said, I don't think the comments begging and demanding it every page is going to make it occur any faster. He plans these pages out in advance.

Yeah, but the number of those comments has probably been taken into account and is part of the reason it hasn't occurred yet, even if he plans pages in advance. It wouldn't be an issue though if it didn't feel like it's being hinted at that it's about to happen every few pages.
