Always makes me wonder how a person can show their sona off to strangers when they're depicted as having sex with children. Not that I'm dissing the art or anything, it's wonderful and I think this is the best way to express those feelings and whatnot. I'm just saying; sex with children is a social taboo in human land, isn't it kinda awkward when people find out your sona is associated with statutory rape? Just curious what kinds of reactions (Aside from my own) do you guys get when you share this with people? :P

That's objectively not true. It's a pernicious myth based off a misunderstanding of life expectancy. Life expectancy is a statistical measure of a population. What it mostly measures is infant mortality rate. An example is during the dark ages, life expectancy was between 25-35 years. In reality, this reflects the fact that 50-75% of live births died before the age of 5. Assuming you lived past the age of 5, you would live past 60 ~90% of the time. During the middle ages, the average age of marriage for a woman was her early twenties. Being married at 12 was really only a thing that happened with nobles with any frequency.
