Who is the dude who's face is on that piece of candy?

Considering that I could see Celestia doing "Daybreaker" as a Fright Night costume, it does leave me wondering just how long Twilight Sparkle must have fainted upon hearing Starlight recount the dream battle and how the possibility of Daybreaker could exist.
