The whole point of a Haunter is that it's a PARTIAL apparition, it's not fully formed and doesn't have a body. That's what's so great about the Ghastly/Haunter/Gengar line, they're the perfect realization of a Ghost EVOLVING. Art like this just throws that out the window.

In the very least, an anthro Haunter shouldn't have a neck, their head should just float above their shoulders. If you don't give them that much, you might as well just change the eyes and mouth and make it an antrho Gengar.
