I would consider this image to be more bovine in appearance than equine. Frankly, the only feature in this that appears equine is the tail.

Well, technically it's a hybrid of a horse and a cow. From the horse she has a muzzle, hooves and a tail. From cow - Ears, horns and body proportions ^^
