To me I love anal because it's going against the normality of what normal sex is. Which is vaginal. I don't like vaginal because I see it as common, boring and frankly I find it unremarkable and uninteresting. But most of all I see it as expected.

What it really boils down to me is that anal sex is special and different. It's the special hole that all genders can have fun with.

EDIT: That and it removes the use of needing a condom. Just stick it up her butt and no babies that way.
