its called short fur markings. notice, that they always show on parts where the fur will be the shortest.
still hot none the less, not stop trying to sound like smartasses and enjoy the pic

those tattoo's are on the longest fur on the body, not the shortest, shortest are on the nose, the paws etc.

So that debunks that theory, also furs would no have tattoo's, more like fur coloring and that would never look perfect.

This is why we cant have nice things.
