Hmm. The Daedric on her abdomen appears to be either gibberish or just symbols that look like Daedric. The single character on her abdominal bulge is obviously an "O", but that seems to be it. That's a shame, little easter eggs like that are always fun to translate and tell people about.

It's also the symbol for Conjuration Magic, so maybe the tentacles have been summoned?

Although, the character is not a Unicorn, there are some shady looking folks standing around her, who are clearly condoning this.

Not sure if it's meant to be some kind of ritual, or a punishment maybe. :)
