I thought it was vertically flipped for Monster souls. Not sure what a literal heart would look like. On one hand, a literal heart wouldn't be that. On the other hand, a literal heart looks like a Monster soul so a Monster heart could look like a Human soul. On the other hand, as a Monster, anything that isn't a soul is dust, so no organs. On the other hand, she has nipples, and nipples are organs. On the other hand, it could be a completely alien biology and maybe she got those during pregnancy.

She should really see somebody about that heart condition...
