Not in the slightest - the pose isn't identical (the Glaceon has his hand on his left flank and has his left shoulder turned towards us; the mienshao's shoulders are both equidistant from us and his hands aren't visible; the tails do not curve the same way, and the testes have a different "lean" to them between the images.

This isn't even CLOSE to being a trace. It's outright asinine to imply that they are one. The only thing they share is the POV from behind and the two of them looking over their left shoulder at the viewer; that's it.
