The way I see it, futas have tits vagina and penis, gynomorphs/shemales have tits and penis but no vagina, and traps and other male variations (twinks, males, muscular, bears) have a penis but no tits or vagina. Looks like a trap or gynomorph, but this is just semantics and my understanding of the terms.

My take on the usual utilization of these terms is as follows. This is not necessarily true, it's just how I see them most often utilized.
Futa: Any female identifying character with both breasts and a penis. They may have a vagina or may not.
Herm/Hermaphrodite: Any character, identifying with any gender, and with tits or not, that has both a penis and a vagina.
Trap/Twink/Crossdresser: A biologically male character that identifies as male, yet wears feminine clothes and/or acts purposefully feminine. Personally I think these terms can be derogatory, but some people are into that so have your fun.
Gynomorph/Shemale: A female identifying character with breasts, no vagina, and a penis.
This may not follow the E621 definitions, this is just my own interpretation.
