There are fanfic writers that would disagree. Probably has to do with their parents never appearing in the show. There are even fics that have her (Apple Bloom) as AJ's and Big Mac's foal. But, however you roll, what we do know is that Apple Bloom stays at the Apple Farm, irrespective of whether or not she is or is not, Applejack's foal.
