This could have some sounds, major improvement.

Swollen knot being pressed into hole = Knot_fucking

Knot swelling up inside of partner and tying them together = knotting.

I would say that "knot_fucking" would be the knot going in and out repeatedly, and that, given enough elasticity, a couple could become tied with a swollen knot. It wouldn't become "knot fucking" if it stayed inside like it does in this animation.

The difference is a knot being pressed into a hole fully swollen as opposed to it swelling up inside the partner.

Knot fucking is used for the knot going in and out repeatedly, that's even how it's defined in the tag wiki

Seems knotting is more bare bones basic than I ever thought as it's definition is "knot inside the other one".
