Carver: Grr, what now- what the hell?!

Carver: I-Impossible! You’re a wolf, you can’t be using magic without crystals!

Raine: I.. I am not a wolf! I am Raine Silverlock, daughter of Euchre and Mary Silverlock!

Raine: I… am human!

Carver: “Silverlock?” Why does that name sound familiar?

Carver: Wait… Oh crap! Welp, this fox knows when it’s time to bail…

Carver: See ya, girly! I-I’ll be back for you all later!

Raine: No.

Raine: You won’t.

Carver: Hey, what-

Carver: -Gah!

POP!

Red: Raine! You’re human again! You alright? Jeez, you straight up disintegrated that guy! That was awesome!

Raine: Ow…

Raine: I didn’t disintegrate him! Urgh… I couldn’t stop him teleporting, so instead I gave him a little push… with all of my magic. I don’t think he’s going to end up where he intended.

Red: So where is he going to end up?

Raine: Somewhere a lot farther than ten meters this time.

    I don't see how Raine turned back to human by using all of her magic when magic has been the only thing keeping her human in the past.

    From what I understand, it doesn't work like that. She has the ability to transform between wolf keidran, human, or a hybrid form at will... she just has no idea how to control that ability. A magic suppressor was simply stopping her from shifting from human to her wolf forms, but it wasn't the magic keeping her human, it was just stopping her from shifting because she didn't know how to control it herself.

    tom specifically stated she needs to be in control of her emotions to be able to transform without the shackle, yet after seeing her pet die and all of her friends in mortal danger which would put anybody in a huge amount of emotional distress she magically managed to not only go back to being human but figure out how to control her teleportation enough to send carver somewhere specific.

    No, she just overclocked the teleport the wolf was calling with raw magic.

    As for being mary sue-tier, I don't agree with that either for this instance. Not that twokinds as a whole is good writing or anything.
