Think it was scrapped due to being too subjective, since dragon's aren't real and all, though I could kind of see it revived as fantasy_penis, or something like that.

dragon_penis would just refer to dragons. fantasy_penis would also refer to like fairies, demons, wyverns and a whole other field of fantasy creatures. the only way now to get dragon cock is having 2 tags, "dragon" and "penis", and if fantasy_penis were a tag, it would still be adding the tag "dragon" to make sure you dont get pics without dragons

That's kind of true, but somehow I'm doubtful that you'll get dragon_penis back, maybe mostly because it's a bit ambiguous i.e. is it a penis on a dragon or somehow a penis designed to look like a dragon's (whatever that looks like).
