Well, there is 2% chance to do so.
And let me tell you about game called Disciples 2.
One can buff his party to get 100% accuracy of all members, but mages somehow will miss.
It's rare, but it's happens :)

Hmm, if you look closer, it's scaled up which would mean it's closer to the camera, and thus, will miss as well. But still funny though.
