I agree. I believe there should be a new tag.
"adolescence". This accounts for Pre-teen, and can replace the "young" tag. Then the "aged-up" and "teenager" tags can have more diversity. Since right now, all teenager tags come with the young tag. And the young tag covers a very large portion of age on this website.

I'll probably post something about it on the forums when I get around to it.
