    Yes, it is. the base of bottle has fins, the liquid is blue and glowing, and given the state of the floor, i'd say the setting is appropriate for fallout. is that enough to tag it?

    I don't think Nuka-Cola would recommend putting Quantum directly into your ass. It's obviously caused some... unintended side effects.

    Admittedly, I can think of way worse things that would get shoved into asses in a post-apocalyptic furry world. This is comparatively tame.
