This is maybe the best anthro pokemon I've ever seen (that is based on a pokemon whose normal form is not bipedal).

Most of Lugia drawings made her/him as thicc as possible. This approach for slim body structure is really nice looking, I'm digging it. Oh, and I like his collar.
