A request fulfilled by Fluff Kevlar on his patreon stream.
Feb 26th:A new bill in Arizona is making its way through the Senate that would force sites like e621 to implement mandatory age verification for all users—or face potential lawsuits. This system would require third-party vendors to verify every user’s age through a government database. Not only is this a massive violation of privacy, but it also introduces serious risks, including identity theft through phishing schemes and other malicious methods. Worse still, we would have no control over ensuring that user data is permanently deleted after verification.
Since e621 operates out of Arizona, this law would almost certainly impact us if it passes. If you want to help ensure that we can continue serving you without being forced to collect personal information, we urge you to contact Arizona’s senators and ask them to vote NO on this bill.
Please help spread the word about this issue and encourage others to take action.
Further information on the bill itself can be found at the Free Speech Coalition: https://action.freespeechcoalition.com/bill/arizona-hb-2112/

MemberAre requests on Fluff's streams really up for takedown? I would figure it would be free but I don't know the rules to how that works.

JanitorHere's the problem. We rely really heavily on sourcing with these kind of stuff, so if stuff was only handed out during stream, there's really no easy way to confirm this. When the content cannot be found anywhere else, it's usually assumed it's sourced from patreon, gumroad, private groups, etc. which would be DNP.
Also I'm seeing "patreon stream" so was the stream only for patrons? Meaning that you couldn't get access to stream without paying something.
Best way would be to ask from artist @fluff-kevlar themselves directly. In the meanwhile, as I cannot find these anywhere at all nor mention that the stream was public, taking these down as paid material.

MemberThe Patreon request stream images do get posted, like almost all my stuff, later publicly. Since I don't paywall my stuff, just timed release, early access is one of the few bonuses I can offer for my Patrons. So to that extent, I would consider it paid content until uploaded by me.
The exception I make is that I allow the person who made the request to upload it whenever, wherever. I don't share these pictures in-stream, and the streams aren't Patreon-only. Anyone can come in, but the final, and hi-res, images aren't linked in-stream. They'd have to be either posted by me at a later date, posted by the requestee, or posted without permission.
Hopefully that seems fair and clears anything up!
