Not really. It is hypocritical to be into fetishes and then critizise not understanding a fetish. Besides, using the wording vore-fag i put people's standards low for me, its hard for someone to reply angrily if they like this body horror stuff and try to offend me if i'm already partially shooting myself in the foot when talking about it because i'm not saying i'm higher up just for liking vore because i actively kicked it down a notch.

Its just a method of explaining you arent used to but really its more watertight than anything.
