Ah yes, the morning after the night before.

I think Keith has just started to remember what was happening before they turned to sleep, and has a raging boner under the covers. Of course first noticing they are all completely naked, even ankle straps!

Should they both turn in their sleep and hug him, the tail sword will cut through the bed.

I'm going to give it a week before I edit it.

So, if it's Raine's fantasy, it's canon in her fantasy that it's the morning after the "heated diplomatic relation" 8D!!
I like to imagine the Keith is both red because he start to remember the night... AND because Adelaid have her hands near his "front sword" X3
