I mean, there should be a sketch a day, except for the colored images at the start of each month. The sketch for the actual comic page gets posted here too. I would use those to check for an update, not these.

These sketches get all made in one night, on Sundays. The comic pages are usually made in day or two, normally on Wednesday, but sometimes a bit later. The colored pictures get done once a month, on Sunday, like the sketches, though they often stretch to some other weekday, as well.
