Well officer, other than shit that makes those grindhouse movies look like weekend cartoons, not much.
The slit throat is like any other routine murder, but the missing eyes...thats a whole 'nother level; almost occultist I would say. And the stab wounds on her chest, I can't really tell if they're random or form some sort of pattern, there's too much blood everywhere. We'll have to wait for the autopsy to see.

Oh for heaven's sake look at her, no one dies in a position like that after having their throat split open; on top of that based on the blood profile the eyes were removed prior to her throat getting slit and who or what ever removed them decided to keep them. What baffles me most is there isn't an ounce of evidence anywhere, no hair or tissue samples, no evidence she struggled, no signs of forced entry, no unusual activity seen or heard by nearby residents.
