*shrugs* We HUMANS drink other animals' milk all the time. lol As for where it comes from, I imagine a facility not unlike a typical dairy farm (more upscale and accommodating, of course) where cows get hired their just like any other job and earn a cut for their milk.

Soy is shit. It turns the man into soy-boys. Not even fem-boys, because even they are more masculine than soy-boys.
As for where it comes from? Maybe from haired donors? And that's even if they use milk at all. The ice cream Nick used for his hustle looked more like a sorbet than regular milk/cream ice cream.
