MemberOk, first of all, Haychel is a great artist and really deserves your support. This is a great project and I'm so glad he chose Lucario to be part of it! But...
I'm a little confused as to why the characters have edgy anime hair and strange redesigns. I think most people would be more inclined to support this if the characters were at least semi accurate to their original designs in terms of simplicity and what they convey. I don't really think the Lucario character is a Lucario. He doesn't have the same genius minimalistic design as one. I guess if the Lucario character is put through the wringer than it will be a little less painful since he doesn't really look like a Lucario at all.
I also don't understand the context of the competitions. Are they gonna fight? Are they gonna fuck and see who's the best? I dig some digging around his Patreon and Twitter and I still don't really get it?
Keep in mind I'm not trying to spew endless hate and be rude, I really like this artist and I'm only doing this because it's a legitimate product people are paying money for. If you support this, all power to you and you are paying someone who is good at what they do, but before I support it I just want a little more clarity on what it is.
