I believe the green skin is a villain from Wonder Over Yonder, can't help with the others you mentioned though, sorry.

The bottom center is Demencia from the miniseries Villainous. I like how the artist made all these characters look like they could be in the same movie, while retaining the personalities and style of the original versions. Quite impressive.

I can name them and where they come from left to right: Evil Queen (Snow White), Lord Dominator (Wander over Yonder), Shadow Man (Princess and the Frog), Yellow Diamond (Steven Universe), Nigel (Rio), Scar (Lion King), The Beast (Over the Garden Wall), Demencia (Villanious), Pitch Black (Rise of the Guardians), and Hades (Hercules). Just in case you were confused on any of the characters.
