    the only thing i despise about this comic are all of these random stray awkward scenes forced into the dramatic tension

    like you're trying to build some drama, but its almost expected for there to be some dumb joke or just generally awkward situation that's played like a joke that kills any tension you were trying to build, it happens so much

    sure it's "realistic" but you're ruining your own tone by doing things like this gay joke or dedicating a whole page to an awkward situation/joke entirely
