Yeah. Drawn beautifully, but the loss of self makes me feel uncomfortable. It doesn't sit well seeing someone unwillingly sign their own free will and identity away in favor of being a sex slave.

indentured servitude perhaps? people pay off debts by going through conversion process on the promise that in a few years their debts are paid off. Sure they could screw over the first batch but by actually letting them go at the end they have a steady stream of desperates willing to get a dicking for a few years to get out of a jam. I think the main point here is that (at least im my case) i would want to experiance that with my own mind, not a altered one. As after the mind is altered youre no longer you.

From the (relatively little) context we have, it looks to be primarily a recreational transformation. Assuming the mate is not going to decide to call them up and decided 'hey I like her better this way,' I imagine they'll bring her in for a reversal. Not sure what kind of mate would ask their other to willingly stop being them and be rewritten into a sex slave, but to each their own.

Time to use my brain for the first time in forever. Read all that nonsense and jargon and yip-yappin' about what's going on here, so lemme give it a whirl!
The first frame already tells us that they signed off on this, and because their reaction doesn't suggest it, I'm going to assume they weren't FORCED to sign it. We can see that they refer to him (Her? They? It?) as a subject, and that this is a "conversion procedure". Usually, when we're talking about signing off on things, subjects and procedures, along with the "Actually, I change my mind" tropes, it's usually experimentation of a completely or partly new thing. Obviously, not all of this is new, as they have all this equipment and sound relatively nonchalant about the procedure itself, so we know that some of this is old news already (However, I must say, those guys doing the injecting are terrible at their jobs, I can SEE the air bubble in the syringe and you're wasting your magic doohickey liquid, so you're pissing away money and would be killing him, dumbass.) Now, next panel(s):

We can see that the doodad says some stuff, first a neural link interface, so connecting to the brain, then a quick confirmation prompt and then we see "Backing up system contents." Now, I don't know about you, but I don't refer to the brain as a system, so I got mega curious on what it could mean. I have concluded that the doodad does NOT save and back up their memories, free will and so on, but rather backs itself up so that nothing happens to the doodad and its own systems. The backing up simply refers to the files and procedures it has stored on it, just in case any go missing or get corrupted due to "installation". It then locks his free will and memories, to prevent interruptions, I assume, and then starts deleting everything unnecessary now that no obstructions are present. The doodad most likely functions as an AI or replacement mind of sorts, as we get no indication it removes itself or will be removed from them after completion. This procedure is FINAL. It also installs behaviour modifiers, which most likely are for getting rid of any muscle memory type things that living things have or for altering whatever little bits of self-aspect are left. Then comes the fun panel:

As the latex is poured on them, the code in the background is faint but eligible! The first thing I can see is that the first third or so is just the previous code repeated. Then, we see text that says something along the lines of "Load configuration? Select file (location?)" So, this whole "slut drone" thing isn't the new part, it has been done before to enough of an extent where they have this stuff set up and ready. The slutification itself isn't the new process. Then we see the fun part! It says, clear as day, mind you, "Error, incorrect gender detected. Beginning correction operation." We can tell that the slut file was made for people who identify as female. NOTICE how it is gender and not sex, and we see it install the correct gender modules, and you can't just install pussy, much to the disappointment of trans women and virgins. It install "heat" as well, and then, in very faint text, gives an error for incorrect breast size. This solidifies the connection between this and the latex stuff. I can't make out any more useful text or code after that on any panels, so we will go off of what we have now.

We can conclude the following:
The procedure is irreversible, at least no intended means for it.
It is a new experiment to do this to the male gender.
This has been done before to female individuals to an extent.
Our subject volunteered to test how this works for males.
Their mind is replaced by AI or other kinds of software partly, but not fully.
The latex goo is adaptive or was altered for this specific experiment.
The intended use of this procedure is for very dedicated individuals or research of gender transformation surgery and neuroscience.
The people working there lied on their resume.
