It's the same character. So whoever owns the character likely commissioned both artists to draw the character, in the same pose.

I don't think this should be deleted as a trace. it seems it's just a case that the charcter owner commissioned an identical pose from Danza aswell. They also commissioned a pose thats kinda close to this one from justmegabenewell. Additionally the artist seems reputable enough that they wouldn't knowingly trace anothers work.

Not a trace, elements are too different. A trace is when something lines up if you were to overlay it. This is either just referenced or requested to be in a very similar position.

I'm the commissioner, it isn't a trace.
The first picture from Danza is the one I used as a character reference and pose idea.
