Ambiguous because you can't directly tell if it's in her ass or her vagina. The penetration isn't ambiguous, the entry point is.

But then that's countered with where the penis is located at in the cutaway, and since it's more angled towards the stomach, it's vaginal whereas if it was angled up more towards the back and the cutaway would start up closer to the tail, then it would be anal.
