If I were to guess, I’d say a bit more than half of the users on this site lean more towards preferring straight content. Most don’t mind a bit of gay porn here and there, but in all honesty, it’s just kind of annoying for a lot of furs. One of the reasons being the hurtful label “furfag”, which makes everyone think we’re all gay, when in reality, more than half of us aren’t. More gay furry porn just makes that less believable, so you can imagine why people hate these requests so much.

People call us furfags because they think furries are humans that dress up in an animal mascot costume and fuck like bunnies and can't do anything else other than fuck, they know we're straight, they don't even know that we have LGBQT furries too and not everyone's a straight human in a mascot costume that does nothing in their life but fuck in massive orgies 90% of their entire lifespan.

And yet, whenever there's a really nice gay piece, you have someone ask for a female version and they always get tons of upvotes. Probably for the same reason you described.
