Feb 26th:A new bill in Arizona is making its way through the Senate that would force sites like e621 to implement mandatory age verification for all users—or face potential lawsuits. This system would require third-party vendors to verify every user’s age through a government database. Not only is this a massive violation of privacy, but it also introduces serious risks, including identity theft through phishing schemes and other malicious methods. Worse still, we would have no control over ensuring that user data is permanently deleted after verification.
Since e621 operates out of Arizona, this law would almost certainly impact us if it passes. If you want to help ensure that we can continue serving you without being forced to collect personal information, we urge you to contact Arizona’s senators and ask them to vote NO on this bill.

Where this particular character is concerned I have made a few jokes, I have tactlessly pushed for the community to add more tits to Skaven because I really really want to see that, but I have not expressed disapproval. That's because Rakel has PERSONALITY and has been drawn in poses and situations that express this. She does actually feel like a Skaven, lore-griping aside.
And if you check THE YIFF ARCADE (the source) and scroll around you'll notice that this depicts the aftermath of a CONSENSUAL breeding session. Ergo, I hope no one adds back the "after_rape" tag I just removed, as that certainly does not apply at all.
My favorite detail in this piece are the warp syringes. If you know anything about Warhammer lore then you know Skaven are basically the only creatures capable of surviving that kind of thing. It is literally Chaos magic condensed into liquid matter.
