Ménage à trois (une méthode polie pour parler d'une relation Poligame) fusionner à Nora (prénom de la miss dragon) => Norage à trois.
Tom à déjà au détour d'un autres dessin montrés qu'il semblais parler français ("Je vais profiter de ces seins")
Pour peu qu'il parle vraiment bien français et connaisse un peu le langage des internaut français, il n'est pas dur d'imaginer qu'il fait un petit jeu de mot avec l'expression "Norage" utiliser par beaucoup d'internaut français de manière sarcastique.

Et sur son patreon c'est bien Norage à trois le titre X3
