Description

An Orangina TV advert from 2007, for their "Naturally Juicy" campaign.

(Fixes the encoding for post #1437492, which was noticeably bigger than the original and couldn't play on all browsers)

  • If the video looks choppy, it's because it's encoded in 720p@25FPS to match the source. Probably because it was originally made for our european pals to enjoy on television.

  • What I find hilarious is that the peacocks are female in this. Since, y'know, the really pretty blue birds with the long tails are, in fact, male. x3

Still! Can't say it's not an effective commercial. I certainly want some Orangina.

Fun thing: it's still pretty common to see SFM artists rendering at 25 FPS for some reason, even though even majority of europeans have 60Hz monitors.

Anyone else getting a solid green picture?

Seems like majority aren't. Can't find anything immidiately wrong with the file. Some more information would be nice if you want some help (device, browser, media player, etc.)

  • I like how some people are almost triggered by the use of furries in an advertisement. xD

Ever hear of Tony the Tiger? Touxan Sam? Hell, almost all of the Kelloggs cereals. Bimbo bakery? Snuggle fabric softener? Geico car insurance?

This is nothing new, nor anything to consider 'furry baiting' or anything else. How do you think WE got here? Humans have been doing this kind of thing since they learned to draw on cave walls. Embrace it! ...you'd think a little more acceptance would be a GOOD thing.

I am surprised that, despite the italics, it seems like nobody got the joke yet.

I was wondering if anybody would point that out. One Orangina bottle with a zebra pinup doing rodeo on top for Mr. programmer, here!

Thousands of young children became hardcore furries the day this was aired.

Oh please, just look at normal cartoons. Kids are bound to fantasize about a furry at some point. lol

So shouldn't it have the andromorph tag on it?
