  • This is amazing and all, but the way she holds the gun is actually bugging me. Using the magazine as a grip, and her finger on the trigger

    Maybe she is just reloading

Maybe, but the trigger discipline is still bad

Realistically, no one cares about trigger discipline outside of rested enviroments. That's the first rule of combat situations: there are no rules. The last thing you're worried about in a red hot situation is whether or not your booger picker is on the trigger or not.

edit: Also, holding the magazine is a valid move, it dampens vertical recoil and more often than not can make CQC situations much less dangerous due to hand placement. What "safety and proper gun handling" you've been drilled by /k/ommandos about is nearly and entirely invalid. How you hold a gun, within reason, is entirely preference. As long as no one else is in front of the barrel that you don't want to kill.

I'm not even going to start pointing out what's wrong about what you just said. If you have nothing serious to bring in, nor any idea what you're talking about, keep it to yourself

Hey you spastic, He's or She's right, You wouldn't care, As long as you can/may have the upperhand on the one who is probably or maybe not using the trigger discipline.

And that's why you never had a valid response in the first place; stay commanding your soldiers from the couch friend, it'll do us all well. If you have an intention of saying nothing: say nothing.

I know im VERY late to the party, but I looked it up. Holding a gun by the mag while it is valid, can wiggle around the mag and cause feeding issues, while on a smaller, lighter gun with lower caliber this wouldn't be much of a problem but with bigger, heaver guns with higher caliber this would cause frequent feeding issues. So if were looking at this realistically, the way shes holding that gun can be valid, as it seems to be small and light weight, who knows it may even be an energy based weapon so it likely doesn't even have recoil so holding the mag like a grip would be very valid (I am NOT a gun expert, im sorry if anything I said is wrong, I just looked it up and did some reading, thats it)
