It would've been quite valid criticism if the artist was going for realism, as those are indeed not realistic proportions, but like with most furry artists I don't think realism is what was on their mind, quite the contrary

Just blacklist hyper stuff and/or big_balls and big_penis if you're really that off-put by it lol
