It doesn't say what happens after it appears in your periphery, so I imagine you will likely get used to it or it will appear in person before long

There's a story linked to it, and honestly I'd probably end up the same way. 1471s are definitely creepy at first, but it seems like they just want companionship. I feel like the issue is most don't want to acknowledge them, but if you do, things go a lot better. Maybe it COULD get to this stage :P
