Not necessarily. Remember, in order to actually inflict real harm to a monster, you need to WANT to hurt them. Yes, fighting does often lead to injuries, but when Goku is fighting for fun, it's not so much with the intent to harm so much as it is to push his limits as well as those of his opponent and to have a good time.
In theory while she'll get a bit roughed up she might come out the other side just fine. Now if she fights Vegeta, on the other hand I have no doubt she'd perish. Vegeta has little patience for the foolish and is by far more prone to violence than almost everyone else in DBZ/DBS/DBGT.
