They double speak a lot its called Jitterspeak to emphasize important parts of sentences like THERE-THERE, KIL KILL DIE DIE, this is due to their need to always be moving and jittery.

Trust me you DONT, they are probably the most fucked up race in the warhammer fantasy world both morally and in general quality of life, they take live subjects of their own people and sew them together to make monsters.

No seriously skaven are pretty special. I have a Skaven army that tends to blow itself up pretty hilariously.

They would have a hilariously terrible time against somebody like Hannibal.
