MemberI really think that people should be able to look at this and be like "Awww thats cute, look at the little surfer." But instead due to our culture of "your body is a sin", which makes us view the slightest hint of nudity as sexual. It just really depresses and belittles my view of human beings, I understand that there are things children should not see(like cocks going into every orifice.) but jsut simple straight up nudity? :/
But I am ranting, this picture is adorable. <3

MemberI wont be going too much into your argument, so let me just state a thought I've had about the matter: the fact that nudity and sexuality is regarded as somewhat "taboo" in our culture is a large part of what makes it fun and interesting. The breaking of barriers, the taste of forbidden fruit, that sort of thing. If it was completely acceptable and open, it would probably be quite boring.

MemberI know you probably aren't going to see this, seeming that it was 2 years ago that you made this post, but would sex really become boring if it wasn't seen so much as taboo.

PrivilegedRandom rant about things brought up
In modern western society, sex in general isn't taboo, masturbation isn't taboo, nudity isn't taboo, pretty much everyone does that on some occasion and most accept that other people do that. What is often taboo however is sharing it with others not included in aforementioned activities, be it doing it in front of someone or, to a lesser extent talking about it. You might argue that there's not a difference about doing something and talking about doing something, but there is.
I've been to topless beaches and even one or two nude ones and almost all of the time the people there aren't even remotely interested in sex at that time, that's not what "public" nudity is about at all and most people are not interested in having random sex with strangers anyway, especially outside of the standard dating scene. Of course there are exceptions, like with everything.
And even if sex somehow became boring you would still be having it because boring things can still feel good. Think about this; why don't everyone stop masturbating when they've reached their 30s? Surely they must be satisfied by then and have done it plenty enough for it to be repetitive, and why do married people still masturbate? The only people who would get so complacent and think that sex is ruined for them either: Never had the need to start with, are thrill seekers, or have moved on to more emotional venues. The only ones who would really get bored would probably be the thrill seekers anyway, BDSM participants is pretty much what comes to mind, yet they should have the most options to not make it boring in the first place. Which makes me think not very many people who have a normal sex drive get bored without someone else to make it boring for them.
Sure taboo can spike your interest in something and make it more thrilling, but that doesn't mean it gets boring without that thrill. The world isn't black and white.
