She's ditsy. The Crazy ex-girlfriend stalker who isn't able to take a hint and sometimes is able to comes off with a strange plan in the later episode. She's everything Bugs isn't. Just at this moment, she isn't able to compliment him yet. Think with enough character progression something will show.

The same as with Daffy's GF who counters but compliments him.
