judging from the foundation site, there is a lot to suggest that he is the spirit of Coyote, but has become something of a boogieman via the fears of Christians and that he might also be a devil, or even THE devil in their eyes anyway. This is definitely a rather awesome idea for an SCP. I never would have thought to use the Coyote stories as the basis for an SCP
