Each character you see in this picture was bought at around 600+ dollars. Just let that sink in.

Damn, even for the background characters? It's their money I guess.

Hate to break it to you, but commissioned art has never been cheap when done professionally. Even as an amateur painter, I could charge up to $50 a square inch and not bat an eyebrow. I really hate how upset people get at prices. These guys do this as a profession, and are charging you for professional work. It's fine if it's not worth it to you, but don't bash them.

I think it's more the surprise that people are willing to pay such amounts rather than the artist's price for it. A Miles_DF commision sure is worth it, but who pays 600+ bucks to see his fictional character in an orgy?

Damn. Well I know what business I'm going into when my art is good enough.

Funnily, the term «professionally» means absolutely nothing concrete. It implies that the person working on the product is experienced and has most likely dedicated a great deal of their lives to their craft - that's it. You see it on 80% of all product/service descriptions, and the sole abstainers probably think it's a cliché, overused and meaningless term.

So let's be clear, 'aight? The thing driving his business into a mountain of hot pornographic cheddar is:

1: His mastery over his unusually detailed (yet excessively smooth?) technique.
    2: The Brand.

When you pay him 600$, you are paying for the exclusive privilege of seeing a silicon sculpture of your OC humping someone else's hot balloon-textured rump, all while surrounded by a dozen yiffing rubber-thots.. probably somewhere in the background, obscured by the tits and balls of whoever squeezed into the spotlight first, lol.

Overall, I give Beats by Dre a whopping 8/10.

    It's the front-most characters are 600+.
Some are a little lower than that depending on how far in the background and/or how obscured they are.

Lowest I saw for a spot of his latest YCH is $90 because the character spot for $150 is in the way.

The center ones that take the most space range from $600-950 each.

If you want something worth your money, get a custom commission for about the same money where you control the whole thing. Like commissioning a portrait except its furry smut.
No wonder this business pays so well.
