I think the suit looks a little toooo busy but outside of that she is a pretty well designed character. I would remove the cyberpunk elements and just make it punk only. Also I would make adaptable footwear that would be sort of a booties version of combat boots.

Criticism isn't bad, but this is someone else's art. They create what they like just like you'd do. If you dislike it, create a version you'd like of said image over telling someone else to change up their style to suit your eyes. Shadow was correct.

I understand that it's just an aspect of design. If a design is too busy it's hard to understand where your eyes need to be and what you need to draw attention to. If you make your design over cluttered it can lead to great intricate artwork on the cost of absolutely no one can understand it.

Again, My suggestions are my own and it's what I would have done. I will concede to that.

Yeah, I agree with the busy part. I think the flak came after "I would remove". The extra stuff kinda came off as arrogant from a general view, but I can see what you mean when pertaining to making it less busy.
I wouldn't mind seeing a punk version of it. But I'm guessing the cyber is supposed to match the bioluminescence.
Adaptable footwear sounds like a nice addition. But without an example, it's a bit weird thinking of how to stuff a raptor shaped foot into a "bootie". I personally like the exposed feet as it reflects the raptor portion of the character's mix species clearly.
Eh, criticism is something hard to appreciate as it basically points out negatives and flaws. And this is the internet so, people will butt heads regardless.

yeah, though if I said any of this on a social media I would get doxxed and then an anonymous bomb threat at my town's high school and college followed by a deluge of death threats.
