No, if you'd read Tom's twitter at the bottom of the comic page, you'd have learned that he was on a vacation for a week. He kept the premade sketches and Nora Cards coming pretty regularly, regardless.
And as you'll see from the recorded streams at Picarto, he just finished the next page, and probably publishes it within the next 24 hours.
