Sounds like Carol was a bit of a "Stacy" in highschool who didn't/dosn't take responsibility for her actions and now blames her motherhood/lack of evolution on others. Anything and everything is a better story than that shitstain of a movie that I was forced to watch 6 times a day 5 days a week for a whole month.
