After analyzing this for about 15 minutes, I cleaned up and then actual looked at the details. He's in a lunge position leaving his other leg hidden, but you can see his heel where her foot meets her thigh. Her missing boob is just resting on his arm that's under her. Artist knows anatomy, except that sharks not being mammals means they shouldn't have boobs. A-
